E-SIGNATURE AND ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES AGREEMENT
This E-Signature and Electronic Disclosures Agreement ("E-Sign Agreement") applies to all communications, documents, disclosures and electronic signatures related to the products, services and accounts offered or accessible through this online (or mobile) application process for all borrowers, co-borrowers, and other individuals listed on an application or form including authorized users, if applicable.
Agreement to Conduct Transactions by Electronic Means
You agree to conduct the transactions offered through this application process by electronic means and acknowledge that all documents, disclosures, forms and other information related to such transactions will be provided to you through an electronic interface or email. Each time you use this service and submit information to us, you agree to the online access and acceptance of documents, disclosures and forms. This agreement to conduct transactions by electronic means continues in effect until you complete the application regardless of the number of sessions you utilize.
You further agree that all transactions completed through this electronic process will result in valid and legally binding agreements. You also agree that you have adequate access to a computer/mobile device with sufficient internet connectivity to conduct these transactions online. You acknowledge that you meet the hardware and software requirements to access this service as described below.
Agreement to Receive Disclosures Electronically
You agree to receive all legal and regulatory disclosures and other communications associated with any of the applications or transactions available through this application process through electronic means including this electronic interface and email.
Withdrawal of Consent
This online/mobile application process is only offered electronically. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents, notices or disclosures at any time. To withdraw your consent, do not complete this application process and do not submit this electronic application to us.
Availability of Printed Copies
You may obtain printed copies of any of the agreements, disclosures or other related documents by downloading the documents and printing them from your computer during the application process. We recommend that you print and retain a copy of agreements and disclosures associated with this account opening transaction. There is no charge for you to download and print these documents. You may also request a paper copy of disclosures, agreements, and other related documents.
Hardware, software and operating system
The requirements for accessing our online systems to use this service and access disclosures: You must have a device capable of supporting the current version of one of the following browsers: Edge, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. You are responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of devices used to access our online resources including this electronic delivery service. Forms, disclosures and other documents will be available in PDF file format and/or HTML format. You will need a software program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the forms, and access to a printer to print forms. Some forms, disclosures and other documents will be presented in HTML format which your browser must be able to support.
Credit Union shall not be responsible for any delays, errors, deletions, failures, or disclosure of personal or business account information that may occur as a result of any Virus, Trojan, shared password, or malfunction of your computer or software or your failure to adequately maintain and secure your computer and software.

Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures
By selecting the box in the Electronic Consent section in the electronic online credit application process, you acknowledge that you are creating an electronic signature and this electronic signature is valid and enforceable as your legal signature. You acknowledge that these electronic signatures will legally bind you to the terms and conditions contained in the related documents just as if you had physically signed the same document(s) with a pen.
